- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Black pepper1 coffee spoon
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley3 tablespoon
- Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Season the meat in strips the way you like.
- In a very hot pan, fry the meat until it gets that rust color.
- Add the ketchup, mustard and bay leaf and stir.
- Add the chopped onion, tomato and corn.
- Add the cream and mix
- Season with salt and pepper
- Stir slowly at the end add the parsley
