- Start by cutting the meat into cubes or strips.
- Bring to the fire garlic and onion, sauté. add the meat
- Season with your favorite seasonings, I use salt, black pepper and paprika.
- Let the meat fry well, cover. It will release some water, let it cook in that water.
- When the water is very dry, and the meat is soft and well fried, add the tomato sauce.
- add a little water and let it boil until it thickens.
- Turn off the heat and add the cream.
- Is ready ! Now just serve it with fresh rice and potato straw that can't be missed 😋
