- Beef broth1 unit(s)
- Oil3 tablespoon
- tomato paste3 tablespoon
- Mixed seasoning1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Water200 ml
- Season the minced meat with garlic, salt, mixed seasoning and 1 tablespoon of oil and set aside.
- In a pan heat 2 tablespoons of oil and throw the seasoned meat.
- Saute well for 20 minutes. Then add the onion, tomato and pepper and mix well.
- Add the chopped carrots, beef stock and tomato paste and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Then put the chopped sausage and the hot. Add 200 ml of water and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with roasted garlic and it's ready to serve!!
