  • Chopped Carrots1 kg
  • Pepperoni sausage3 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Hot1 unit(s)
  • Beef broth1 unit(s)
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • tomato paste3 tablespoon
  • Mixed seasoning1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Water200 ml
  1. Season the minced meat with garlic, salt, mixed seasoning and 1 tablespoon of oil and set aside.
  2. In a pan heat 2 tablespoons of oil and throw the seasoned meat.
  3. Saute well for 20 minutes. Then add the onion, tomato and pepper and mix well.
  4. Add the chopped carrots, beef stock and tomato paste and cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Then put the chopped sausage and the hot. Add 200 ml of water and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with roasted garlic and it's ready to serve!!
