English Potato

Ground beef (I used chuck)

Red bell pepper in small pieces

Onion, diced

Tomato in small cubes

Parsley and chives

Bacon in small cubes

Pitted Olives

Crushed garlic

Cottage cheese

Mozzarella

Salt and Black Pepper

Bay leaf

Olive oil

Sour cream

Butter or margarine

Cheddar

Beef stew with cheddar.

Descasque as batatas e leva para a panela de pressão. Adicione água até cobrir as batatas. 
15 minutos depois de pegar pressão desligue, deixe sair a pressão e veja se está em ponto de purê.

Peel the potatoes and put them in the pressure cooker. Add water until the potatoes are covered.
15 minutes after getting pressure, turn off, let the pressure come out and see if it's puree.

Carne moída 

Enquanto a batata cozinha na pressão, em uma panela pré aquecida adicione: o azeite e doure o alho.
Adicione a carne moída, o sal a pimenta do reino e mexa.

Em seguida adicione a cebola, o pimentão, a folha de louro e o tomate. Mexa e deixe a carne cozinhar até ficar quase sem caldo.
Para finalizar adicione as azeitonas, a salsa e a cebolinha.


Ground beef

While the potato is cooking under pressure, in a preheated pan add: the oil and brown the garlic.
Add the ground beef, salt and pepper and stir.

Then add the onion, pepper, bay leaf and tomato. Stir and let the meat cook until it almost runs out of broth.
Finally, add the olives, parsley and chives.


Purê de batata

Retire com cuidado as batatas da panela e leva-as para uma tigela e amasse.
Adicione o creme de leite, a manteiga e ajuste o sal. Mexa até conseguir um purê bem homogêneo. Cuidado, o purê não deve ficar mole.


Mashed potatoes

Carefully remove the potatoes from the pan and take them to a bowl and mash them.
Add the cream, butter and adjust the salt. Mix until you get a very homogeneous puree. Be careful, the puree must not be soft.


Em uma travessa, faça uma camada com purê e recheie com toda a carne.
Adicione as fatias de cheddar.
Cubra com o restante do purê.

Sobre o purê passe o requeijão. Cubra com a muçarela e leve ao forno até dourar.

Retire do forno e sirva.

On a platter, make a layer with mashed and fill with all the meat.
Add the cheddar slices.
Cover with the rest of the puree.

Spread the cottage cheese over the puree. Cover with the mozzarella and bake in the oven until golden.

Remove from oven and serve.

Beef stew with cheddar.
