Em uma panela de pressão, aqueça o azeite e refogue a cebola e o alho até dourar.

In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.

Aos poucos acrescente a carne e tempere com sal, pimenta, lemonpepper e o louro.

Gradually add the meat and season with salt, pepper, lemonpepper and bay leaf.

Adicione o tomate e deixe refogar por 1 minuto. 

Add the tomato and let it cook for 1 minute.

Acrescente a água fervente, esprema o limão, misture tudo. Feche a panela e deixe cozinhar por 40 minutos na pressão.

Add the boiling water, squeeze the lemon, mix everything. Close the pan and let it cook for 40 minutes under pressure.
