- Beef steak of your choice500 g
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- BBQ Sauce to taste
- Onion, chopped1 unit(s)
- Season the steak with the garlic and salt.
- Put it in the pan with the oil and let it brown on both sides.
- After browning the steak, add the onion and let it brown too.
- Once ready, add the barbecue sauce and let it thicken a little until the sauce is creamy.
