- Onion to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Sliced Bacon to taste
- Mozzarella200 g
- Tomato to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Start by seasoning the ground beef with the spices, egg and flour in a bowl.
- Place the meat in plastic or cling film, cover with plastic and roll out (bottle or with your hands) until it forms a very thin layer.
- Stuff with cheese, very thin slices of tomato, onion and oregano and roll up.
- Transfer to a roasting pan (no need to grease) and cover with bacon and bake at 200 degrees without aluminum foil for about 35/40 minutes.
