- Ground beef500 g
- Chopped pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
- medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red wine1 cup
- chopped peeled tomato1 cup
- Grated medium carrot1 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- In a pan over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the garlic and sauté until lightly golden. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add the chopped sausage until golden. Add the ground meat and increase the heat, stirring constantly until the meat is loose and the water dries up. Add the red wine and let it evaporate. Add the chopped tomato and stir well , put the grated carrot. Lower the heat and cook for 15 10 minutes. Check salt and pepper. Finish with chopped parsley. Making the Ragu drier, you can use it as a pancake filling, a tasty escondidinho or even as an accompaniment, served with a banana farofinha. Good appetite 😋
