- Cassava flour1 cup
- Beef Steak6 unit(s)
- Salt. to taste
- Pepper. to taste
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides, then let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Place the eggs in one plate, the starch in the other and the flour in the third plate.
- Dip the steaks in the starch, then in the egg and finally in the flour.
- With all the steaks ready and breaded, take a high skillet and heat the oil.
- When the oil is hot, put the steaks, fry, until they are brown.
