- Beef liver steak1/2 kg
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt/Pepper to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Small green pepper1 unit(s)
- Sliced leek2 tablespoon
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Olive oil for frying to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon.
- In a pan, start by frying the steaks in the oil.
- When they are golden, add the onion, pepper and leek coarsely chopped.
- Cover and let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Finish with mustard, mix well and sprinkle with green smell.
