  • 500 g of beef jerky 1 kg of dry cassava flour 1 clove of garlic 1/2 onion, chopped 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter 1 teaspoon of paprika1 kg
  1. Cut the charque into small pieces, put it in a pan with water and let it boil well. Drain and wash. Take the pan to the fire with the margarine and let it melt, add the charque and when it is well fried, put the garlic and onion and let it brown. Add the paprika and flour and reduce the heat. Stir well until toasted. If needed, add salt. It is very good to accompany with barbecue!
