- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Paprika1 teaspoon
- Onion slices1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella100 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Sour cream1 cup
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- In a pan add the garlic and the steak, let the steak brown on both sides.
- Add the onion, black pepper and paprika and cover
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cover
- Leave on low heat until the cheese melts.
- Add oregano on top to taste
