  • Champignon200 g
  • Heavy cream4 unit(s)
  • English sauce2 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce1 can(s)
  • Ketchup2 tablespoon
  • Mustard2 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil1 dessert spoon
  • Garlic paste1 dessert spoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Chop the meat and separate
  2. Add a little olive oil to the pan, sauté the garlic paste, add the meat and sauté, then add a little salt, always stirring the mixture.
  3. After the meat is seasoned, add the mushrooms and bring to a boil, stirring the mixture
  4. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard, stir
  5. Add the tomato sauce 🍅, check if the flavor is pleasant. If necessary, add salt.
  6. Cook for around 10 minutes
  7. Turn off the heat, add Heavy cream little by little until you reach the desired texture.
