  • Charque500 g

  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Potato4 unit(s)

  1. Start by cutting the charque and taking it to the fire to scald and remove the salt because it will be very salty.
  2. Then cut the already scalded beef jerky, the tripe and pepperoni into slices.
  3. Take the pressure cooker and add chopped onion, tomato and cilantro, a spoon of cumin salt and water until the meats are completely covered, cover the pressure and bring to the fire for 15 minutes.
  4. After the time, turn off the fire and add the beans, and a little more water and take it to the fire again to cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Turn off the fire, remove the pressure and add the carrot, potatoes and okra and bring to the fire again for another 7 minutes.
  6. Turn off the heat, see if the beans are ready and serve with rice.
