- Take the rib and season it with garlic, lemon, salt to taste on both sides.
- Put the rib to bake for 30min remember to turn the sides to bake completely
- Remove from the oven, using a brush or spoon, add the barbecue over the rib on both sides
- Barbecue passes 4 times
- Return to the oven for another 30 minutes at 210 degrees.
- Serve at will a good accompaniment is a fries!
