- Garlic30 g
- Salt to taste
- Onion200 g
- Coloral20 g
- Barbecue sauce300 g
- Blonde to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Water1/2 cup
- Season the belly with garlic, salt and paprika. In a pan put a thread of oil, chop the onions in Brunoase and fry until golden. Place the belly on aluminum foil and place the golden onion on top, pack the belly, place it in a mold and bake at 170°C for approximately 1 hour.
- In the pan that was left with the onion, place the barbecue with all the other ingredients, add the water and let it reduce a little, add a pinch of salt.
- When the belly is golden, add the sauce and serve with browned potatoes.
