- Quibe Wheat200 g
- Mozzarella200 g
- Cream Cheese1 unit(s)
- Mint to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Start by hydrating the kibbeh wheat. In a bowl, place 1 cup of hot water and the wheat. Then add the ground meat and the already hydrated wheat, put the seasonings, mix everything very well and leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- IT'S ASSEMBLY TIME: On a platter, place half the kibbeh, put the Creamy cottage cheese and the mozzarella. Cover with the other half of the kibbeh, and drizzle olive oil to taste. Bake in a very high oven for approximately 40 minutes. Then just serve.
