  • Tuscan Sausage of your choice1/5 kg
  • Medium English Potatoes4 unit(s)
  • Black Pepper Powder1 to taste
  • Olive oil or oil for drizzling the potatoes1 to taste
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  1. Boil the thickly cut potatoes until they are soft and the sausages until they are cooked through.
  2. Then remove the potatoes and season to taste with salt and black pepper, and also the olive oil so they are not so dry
  3. With the sausages boiled, separate the buds and make light cuts on the surface, then just place the sausages and potatoes in the Airfryer for around 20/25 minutes, turn them halfway through and when the time is up, it's ready (this process can also be done on the baking sheet in the oven with a little more olive oil or oil)
