BBQ Sausage1 kg
Small potatoes500 g
Garlic cloves whole and unpeeled10 unit(s)
Rosemary to taste
Salt to taste
Smoked or spicy paprika to taste
Strands of olive oil or oil to taste

Season the raw and unpeeled potatoes with Rosemary, Paprika and salt
Place the sausages on a platter along with the seasoned potatoes and add the raw, unpeeled garlic cloves. Then add the olive oil to bake evenly.
Bake until golden and the potatoes are tender.
The garlic will cook and when it's time to eat, just take the skin off because it will have a mild garlic flavor and soft
Serve with white rice. Make a dish with rice, sausage, potatoes and roasted garlic.
If you wish, you can add cheese or mozzarella and put it to brown.
Do it you won't regret it because it's delicious
