Baked Sausage with Potato

- large diced potatoes5 unit(s)
- (mustard, chimichurri, sweet paprika, rosemary and oregano)1 to taste
- olive oil1 to taste
- salt1 to taste
- In a pan, place the sausage segments and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil over high heat and let it cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, drain the sausages well and set aside.
- In another pot, cook the potatoes in water and salt until they are softer (approximately 10 minutes).
- Turn off the heat and drain the potatoes.
- In a bowl, place the sausage segments and the boiled potatoes.
- Add all the seasonings, oil and salt and mix well.
- Arrange the sausages and potatoes in a mold. No need to grease or cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC until the sausages and potatoes are golden brown (approximately 30 minutes).
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
