Potatoes3 unit(s)
Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
Oregano1 coffee spoon
grated cheese1 tablespoon
Salt to taste

▪️ In a separate container mix the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, oregano, chimichurri, grated cheese and salt. (This sauce is divine)
▪️Cut the potatoes to your liking (I cut them rustic style) and then dip them in the sauce you prepared above.
▪️ Take a roast and put the sausages and potatoes.
▪️Cover with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 30 minutes then remove the foil and leave for another 15 minutes... And it's ready. Just enjoy this delight 🤤
