- Salt1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- Mustard3 tablespoon
- Olive oil1/3 cup
- Macerated Garlic5 unit(s)
- Black pepper0 to taste
- Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
- Pork loin1 kg
- Potato1 kg
- In a container add the orange juice, lemon, salt, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, olive oil, garlic, pepper, paprika and mix well and set aside.
- In another container place the meat and make holes in the fat part with the tip of a knife.
- Pour the seasoning on top, spread well through the holes and leave the fat part down. Cover with plastic and leave in the fridge to marinate.
- Transfer the meat, fat side up, to a foil-lined baking sheet and set aside.
- In the bowl with the rest of the marinade, place the coarsely chopped potatoes and mix so that you get all the seasoning.
- Transfer the vegetables to the baking dish along with the meat and sprinkle with the rest of the seasoning - cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and let it brown.
- Assemble the dish and serve in sequence.
