- Kibbeh flour500 g
- Duckling (ground beef)500 g
- Chopped Mint1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Garlic1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Boiling water4 cup
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Add the boiling water to the kibe flour and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, mix the kibe flour with the ground duckling, mint, garlic, salt and pepper
- Spread half of the dough in an ovenproof container
- Spread the cheese on top of the dough, and after the cheese, add the other half of the dough.
- On top of that other half put a few strands of oil and take it to the oven until golden.
