Baked kibbeh with cottage cheese

  • Kibbeh flour500 g
  • Duckling (ground beef)500 g
  • Chopped Mint1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Garlic1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Boiling water4 cup
  • Cottage cheese200 g
  1. Add the boiling water to the kibe flour and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes, mix the kibe flour with the ground duckling, mint, garlic, salt and pepper
  3. Spread half of the dough in an ovenproof container
  4. Spread the cheese on top of the dough, and after the cheese, add the other half of the dough.
  5. On top of that other half put a few strands of oil and take it to the oven until golden.
