  • Diaper (+ or - 1kg)1 unit(s)
  • Garlic (2 cloves)2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Parsley2 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard3 tablespoon
  • Light or dark beer250 ml
  • Sliced Potatoes6 unit(s)
  • Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
  1. Mix the butter, crushed garlic, parsley and mustard until it forms a paste.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°, make some holes in the diaper. Add salt, black pepper and pass the seasoned butter.
  3. Place in a roasting pan, with the fat facing up, add the cut potatoes seasoned with salt and olive oil, add beer and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Leave in the oven for 15 minutes, open and sprinkle the meat with the broth that formed in the roasting pan. After 30min, water again and remove the aluminum foil. Leave another 30 minutes in the oven to brown, you can increase the oven to 220°.
  5. Check the meat, turn off the oven and let the meat rest on a board for 15 minutes.
  6. Sauce: the liquid left in the roast can be beaten in a mixer. It can serve the part.
