  • Cooked string beans (no water, just the beans)1 cup
  • Diced Bacon150 g
  • Chopped Chili Peppers1 unit(s)
  • Chopped yellow bell pepper4 tablespoon
  • Diced medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
  • Raw rice2 cup
  • Hot water4 cup
  • Butter or bottle butter2 tablespoon
  • Green smell to taste
  • Curd cheese300 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. I soaked the beans for 3 hours before cooking. I cooked the beans until al dente and drained the liquid. I reserved the beans.
  2. In a large pan, I fried the bacon, then the pepperoni, the onion (here comes the bell pepper), and finally the garlic. As soon as the garlic aroma rises, I add the rice, adjust the salt, pepper, then the beans and boiling water.
  3. I let it cook on high heat without a lid, as soon as the water drops, I lower the heat until it dries out. As soon as it dries completely, turn off the heat, add the butter and cover for 5 minutes.
  4. I grill the rennet while the rice rests. When serving, just sprinkle the green smell, mix well and serve with the cheese. It's sooo good.
