  • Salt2 tablespoon
  • Oil4 tablespoon
  1. Cook the beans for 30 minutes
  2. Saute rice with garlic and onion Add 1 tablespoon of salt,
  3. Add the beans that should already be cooked and water to cover.
  4. Let it cook until dry, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick to the pan.
  5. Add the tomato, parsley and cheese, all chopped and set aside.
  6. For the Pernil, season with the lemons, 1 tablespoon of salt and seasonings to taste, it can be black pepper, cumin, chumichuri.
  7. Place in a large skillet with hot oil to roast until golden.
