Cooked Butter Beans1/2 cup
Cooked parboiled rice1/2 cup
Chopped Bacon1/4 cup
Chopped Calabrian Sausage1/4 cup
Chopped Onion1/4 cup
Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
Bottle butter1 tablespoon
Coalho cheese cut into cubes1/3 cup
Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
Sea Salt to taste

In a pan add the butter and heat.
Fry the bacon and pepperoni, add the onion and garlic and sauté well.
Add the rice and beans and mix. Season with salt.
Leave over low heat, stirring occasionally, while you grill the rennet cheese cubes in a non-stick frying pan.
Finish the baião with the green onions, mix in the grilled coalho cheese and serve immediately.
