  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  1. Put in the bowl - rice, meat, garlic, salt, tomato, bell pepper, onion and pepper - mix well and set aside.
  2. In a pan that fits all the rolls - water with olive oil, place the tomatoes, onion and peppers - on top accommodate the rolls very tight to each other.
  3. Put hot water, cover the pan and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
