- Butter200 g
- Worcestershire sauce5 tablespoon
- Sliced Cup200 g
- Super Creamy Cottage Cheese300 g
- shredded mozzarella cheese200 g
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Melt 50g of the butter, seal the Medallions, seasoning with salt and pepper. Once sealed, remove the meat and set aside.
- In the same skillet, which can go in the oven, place the rest of the butter, the Worcestershire sauce and assemble the sauce.
- Return the meats over the sauce, place pieces of cup on each medallion, cover with the cream cheese and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Repeat this for all Medallions
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until the cheese is browned. 🤤🤤🤤
