- Pounded Garlic3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Bahian seasoning to taste
- Half lemon to taste
- Tempere your swine meat with all the ingredients, mine cut it into bigger cubes.
- I preheated Air fray in 5 minutes at 200 degrees
- Once heated, place the pork in 20 min at 200 degrees
- Every 10 minutes turn to brown the other side.
- In my Air fray, I put another 5 minutes to make it golden.
