- Veal fillet in steak | 1 kg
- Onions in petals | 2 unit(s)
- Salt and Black Pepper | 1 coffee spoon
- Oil | 1 teaspoon
Recipe
- I started by adding salt and pepper to the steaks one by one.
- I let it taste for 5 minutes. So that went by chopping the onions into petals
- I added a little oil to the skillet and let it heat up. I added steak and let it cook for 3 minutes on each side. After I turned it the last time I added the onions and covered the pan for 2 minutes. And then I stirred the onions to mix with the steak and served. Simple and easy to run.
