  • Sweet Potato8 unit(s)
  • Small onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Optional spices: black pepper, cumin, Bahia spice, paprika to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Boiling water2 cup
  • Parsley to taste
  1. Start by sautéing garlic and onion, then add the chuck meat cut into cubes. Use a pressure cooker
  2. Peel the potatoes (no need to cut them), add them whole to the meat, add lemon with all the other seasonings
  3. Sauté over low heat for another 3 minutes to seal the meat.
  4. Pour boiling water, bring to pressure for 00:30 minutes over medium heat
  5. Halfway through this time, turn off the heat, let the pressure release completely and check that the potatoes are cooked, remove the potatoes and finish cooking the meat.
  6. After this period, turn off the heat, let the pressure out of the pan, open it, add the potatoes again to the meat and plenty of parsley, then serve as a side dish with your meals.
  7. Tips: For juicy meat, you don't need to add more water than indicated. You can add the potatoes before or during cooking, the important thing is that they are not cooking the whole period of the meat, as they can fall apart, and if you cook them separately you will not take advantage of the essential seasonings that are in the meat.
