Beef in strips or cubes400 g

Garlic2 unit(s)
Salt, pepper, cumin and paprika to taste
Rice2 cup
Hot water5 cup
Oil2 tablespoon

Sauté the onion with the garlic
Add the meat mix well
Put the rice, the seasonings, stir well and saute for 1 minute
Add the water and let it cook over medium heat, if you want it creamier, stir occasionally.
