Sugar300 g

Place the sugar in a pan over medium heat. Let it start to melt, when it starts to melt let it darken a little.
Add hot water and let the syrup melt. Let it cool and put it in the big shape or in the molds.
Pudding dough: break the eggs, add the milk and condensed milk. Stir well until creamy.
Place the dough in the molds.
Oven heated to 150° place the pudding molds in a mold and add hot water in the bottom just a little bit.
After a while, check that the dough is not sticking to your finger and remove it from the oven.
