- Condensed Milk200 g
- Sour cream400 g
- Colorless gelatin20 g
- Red berries200 g
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Red wine1 tablespoon
- Beat in the blender: condensed milk, cream and colorless gelatin
- Portion in recipients that you want and take it to the fridge for 4 hours.
- In a pan, place the red fruits, lemon and wine and let it come to a boil. Reserve.
- Finish with the syrup over your panna Corta and add chestnuts if desired. Stay at your discretion.
