  • Condensed Milk200 g
  • Sour cream400 g
  • Colorless gelatin20 g
  • Red berries200 g
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Red wine1 tablespoon
  1. Beat in the blender: condensed milk, cream and colorless gelatin
  2. Portion in recipients that you want and take it to the fridge for 4 hours.
  3. In a pan, place the red fruits, lemon and wine and let it come to a boil. Reserve.
  4. Finish with the syrup over your panna Corta and add chestnuts if desired. Stay at your discretion.
  5. Enjoy your food!
