Grated Fresh Coconut500 g
condensed milk600 ml
Sour cream600 ml
Natural Emulsifier (Marvi brand)2 teaspoon
Coconut milk400 ml

Put TD to freeze, it needs to be very cold to give a good emulsion in the ice cream.
In the mixer: medium speed, put the condensed milk, cream and coconut milk and turn it on. Add the emulsifier little by little.
