  • Sour cream200 ml
  • Gems4 unit(s)
  • Sugar60 g
  • Wheat flour12 g
  • Corn starch14 g
  • Vanilla Extract1 tablespoon
  1. In a pan, heat the cream and milk.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar, flour and starch.
  3. Season the yolks with the heated milk, return the entire content to the pan and bring to a low heat until it boils, let it bubble for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly and turn off the heat. Keep stirring after turning off for another 1 min, put a plastic film in contact and take it to the fridge for 4 hours before using.
