- In a blender, beat the sugar, eggs, carrots and oil until creamy. add
- Add the wheat flour and beat until well mixed. Add the yeast and beat for ten seconds
- Before TD turn on the oven at 170° and grease the mold
- Bake for 30 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
