Lavar as duas abobrinha se retirar as pontas fatiar em rodelas bem fininhas
Acrescentado na panela um fio de óleo e o dente de alho até dourar,
Acrescentar a abobrinha sorteadas o sal e os temperos a gosto colocar colheres de mostarda
Se necessário acrescente um dedinho de água
E  deixe refogar naturalmente até ela ficar bem molinha.

Add the randomly selected zucchini, salt and seasonings to taste, put spoons of mustard
If necessary add a little water
And let it sauté naturally until it gets very soft.
