- Olive oil to taste
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Mozzarella200 g
- Wash and cut the zucchini in the direction of the tablet. With the help of a spoon, remove the pulp from the zucchini and set aside.
- Season the zucchini with olive oil and salt and microwave for 6 minutes. If you prefer, you can bake in a conventional oven or steam.
- In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion, garlic and tomato. Add the zucchini pulp, season with salt and seasonings to taste. Leave on low heat until all liquid dries up. Turn off the heat and add the cheese. Mix well.
- Place the stuffing inside the zucchini boats, cover with mozzarella and take it to the oven to brown, approximately 20 min.
