- Smoked paprika1 coffee spoon
- Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon

- Syrian Pepper1 coffee spoon
- Ginger Powder1 coffee spoon

- Sweet grape tomatoes100 g
- Japanese Cucumber1/2 unit(s)
- Coriander Sauce1 unit(s)
- FOR THE SAUCE: olive oil2 tablespoon
- Water2 tablespoon
- Tahini3 tablespoon
- Minced garlic powder or homemade garlic seasoning1 unit(s)
- Squeezed Lemon Juice2 tablespoon
- Organic Apple Cider Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper0 to taste
- Soak the beans overnight, changing the water 2 to 3 times. You can leave it up to 48 hours (always changing the water. This process will remove the phytates and make the beans cook faster)
- In a pan sauté onion, garlic and spices.
- Add the beans and sauté, add a little boiling water, lower the heat, cover the pan and let it cook for a few minutes. Add more water if needed and repeat the process until the beans are al dente. Turn off the fire.
- Add the cucumber, mango, tomatoes and coriander
- Prepare the sauce by beating all the ingredients in a small bowl or using a whisk. Add the sauce, mix and serve! It can be served warm or cold!
