Primeiro cortar a cenoura e abobrinha em fatias grossas, e cozinhar até ficar al dente. 
Em uma outra panela colocar um fio de azeite e acrescentar o alho cortado em fatias e a cebola em cubos grandes para dourar.

First cut the carrot and zucchini into thick slices, and cook until al dente.
In another pan put a drizzle of olive oil and add the garlic cut into slices and the onion into large cubes to brown.

Adicionar o pimentão verde e deixar cozinhar também. Quando estiver quase aldente colocar a cenoura, abobrinha e o tomate para dourar. 

Add the green pepper and let it cook too. When it is almost aldente, add the carrots, zucchini and tomatoes to brown.

Acrescente sal, a manteiga, o Chimichurri. Misture bem e deixe derreter a manteiga. Por último colocar o cheiro verde e misture bem e desligue o fogo.

Add salt, butter, Chimichurri. Mix well and let the butter melt. Lastly put the green smell and mix well and turn off the fire.
