  • 1 medium passion fruit1 unit(s)
  • 1/2 glass of water1/2 ml
  • 2 boxes of soy cream (replaces the cream)2 unit(s)
  • 10 tablespoons of refined sugar10 tablespoon
  1. Blend the passion fruit content with water and 5 tablespoons of sugar, when the seeds are well broken, turn off the blender and strain this juice as much as possible.
  2. A few pieces of seed will pass through, but that's okay.
  3. In another container (that goes into the freezer) place the 2 boxes of soy cream, the rest of the sugar and the previously strained passion fruit juice.
  4. Beat in the mixer for 3 minutes until bubbles form.
  5. take it to the freezer
  6. The secret to making ice cream creamy is to beat it several times during freezing.
  7. When you notice that much of it is already frozen, remove it from the freezer, mix and beat for a few more minutes in the mixer. Repeat this procedure at least 2 more times, remembering that the more you beat the creamier it gets.
