- 1 medium passion fruit1 unit(s)
- 1/2 glass of water1/2 ml
- 2 boxes of soy cream (replaces the cream)2 unit(s)
- 10 tablespoons of refined sugar10 tablespoon
- Blend the passion fruit content with water and 5 tablespoons of sugar, when the seeds are well broken, turn off the blender and strain this juice as much as possible.
- A few pieces of seed will pass through, but that's okay.
- In another container (that goes into the freezer) place the 2 boxes of soy cream, the rest of the sugar and the previously strained passion fruit juice.
- Beat in the mixer for 3 minutes until bubbles form.
- take it to the freezer
- The secret to making ice cream creamy is to beat it several times during freezing.
- When you notice that much of it is already frozen, remove it from the freezer, mix and beat for a few more minutes in the mixer. Repeat this procedure at least 2 more times, remembering that the more you beat the creamier it gets.
