- Recipe
- Japanese style rice1 cup
- Water. + or -3 cup
- Rice vinegar300 ml
- Sugar250 g
- Mango1 unit(s)
- Cucumber1 unit(s)
- Kani kama2 unit(s)
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Place the onion in a pan and sauté in olive oil until wilted.
- Then add the rice and sauté a little, add water little by little, this rice releases a lot of starch.
- Therefore, stir frequently so it doesn't stick. Keep adding water until you notice that it is very soft.
- Turn off the heat, and let the rice cool. In this case, cut the mango, cucumber and kani into small cubes. Set aside and prepare the sweet and sour sauce.
- Add the vinegar and sugar to the pan and leave it on low heat until the sugar lumps dissolve, set aside and let it cool.
- At the end, mix everything gently and sprinkle black sesame on top.
- Tip 👀
- I suggest you make the rice and sweet and sour sauce early so it can cool down smoothly.
