  • Water. + or -3 cup
  • Rice vinegar300 ml
  • Sugar250 g
  • Mango1 unit(s)
  • Cucumber1 unit(s)
  • Kani kama2 unit(s)
  • Small onion1 unit(s)
  1. Place the onion in a pan and sauté in olive oil until wilted.
  2. Then add the rice and sauté a little, add water little by little, this rice releases a lot of starch.
  3. Therefore, stir frequently so it doesn't stick. Keep adding water until you notice that it is very soft.
  4. Turn off the heat, and let the rice cool. In this case, cut the mango, cucumber and kani into small cubes. Set aside and prepare the sweet and sour sauce.
  5. Add the vinegar and sugar to the pan and leave it on low heat until the sugar lumps dissolve, set aside and let it cool.
  6. At the end, mix everything gently and sprinkle black sesame on top.
