- Natural Yogurt2 unit(s)
- Shoyu1 tablespoon
- Ketchup1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste

- Cut the tilapia into cubes. In a frying pan, sauté the garlic, and put the tilapia to brown.
