- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Mozzarella Cheese50 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Cream cheese2 dessert spoon
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Stuffing (suggestion) to taste
- Mozzarella Cheese200 g
- Sun-dried tomato100 g
- Black Olives50 g
- Tomato sauce for the pasta to taste
- Remove the stalk from the broccoli before taking it to sauté
- Steam the broccoli
- Then in a bowl mix the broccoli with the egg, cream cheese, parmesan cheese and mozzarella, salt and pepper.
- In a greased pizza pan, throw the broccoli dough to bake for 20 minutes at 200°C
- After that period, remove the dough from the oven, spread a lot of sauce over the dough and distribute the stuffing over the dough.
- Bake in the oven for another 15 minutes approximately.
- Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool down a bit before eating.
