- Soy Sauce20 ml
- Peanut oil10 ml
- Sanitize and whiten Swiss Chard leaves.
- Clean and shave the Japanese cucumber
- Sanitize and cut Juliene the carrot
- Sanitize and cut Chifonade cabbage leaves
- Produce the sauce to satirize, add the peanut oil, the soy sauce, the garlic in brunoise, the salt and homogenize in a bawl
- Roll the rolls individually or as a swiss roll, according to your preference. Drizzle with sauce.
