- Juice of half an orange1/2 ml
- Sour cream / cream100 ml
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Butter15 g
- Sour cream / cream100 ml
- Sweet Potato450 g
- Thyme to taste
- Wash and cut the potato into large pieces
- Boil the potato and drain water when the potato is cooked, then let the potato cool and then peel it and cut it into smaller pieces
- Pass the potato with the magic wand
- In a pan, place the juice of half an orange, the cream/milk cream, the butter, the thyme, the salt and the pepper, mix everything still with the fire off.
- Turn the heat on and when it boils add the mashed potato, after adding the potato turn off the heat and stir until you get a homogeneous consistency (at first it will look like you are dissolving a mass, stir with patience) after obtaining the homogeneous consistency pass the magic wand again to crush the lumps that may exist.
- Taste the salt and pepper to see if you like it, then you can serve the puree, if you want you can decorate with a sprig of thyme.
