- Dried herbs to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- wash the potatoes well
- Don't take off the shell! Cut into Chips, I used the grater, but you can use a very sharp knife
- Season with salt to taste, herbs (oregano, dried parsley, thyme) and sweet paprika to taste.
- Place in the air fryer, try not to fill the basket too much, drizzle with olive oil for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
